As you browse through our products you will see that each has a 3 tier pricing/delivery structure. This is designed to cater for customers ranging from those who can unpack a box and program the equipment by themselves, saving money of course; those who require a bit of assistance with us pre-programming it to your instructions prior to carrier delivery; and especially for the more complex machines, personal delivery by one of our trained personnel who will install the machine, fully programmed, and provide staff and management training. Scanning systems are installed with staff training and how to program scan items.
Package A - Unprogrammed, delivered by carrier in box with programming manual included.
Package B - Programmed to your requirements, delivered by carrier in box ready to use on unpacking. Scanning machines require scan items to be programmed by customer.
Package C (subject to area) - A valuable service especially recommended for bar/restaurant tills. Larger linked-to-PC machine(s) are fully programmed prior to delivery with scanning training included. Delivery, installation and full staff and management tuition is provided, plus a full back-up service.
